Orders
Q1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
Q2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched. Email us at houseofimports01@gmail.com with your Order ID. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Q3. How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email and SMS immediately after placing your order. If you don't receive it within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
Q4. Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Yes! We welcome bulk and wholesale inquiries. Email us at houseofimports01@gmail.com with your requirements and we will get back to you with pricing and availability.
Payments
Q5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
Q6. Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
Q7. My payment failed but the amount was deducted. What should I do?
If your payment failed but the amount was deducted, it will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days by your bank. If it takes longer, please contact us with your transaction details.
Q8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for eligible pin codes across India. You can check COD availability at checkout by entering your pin code.
Shipping and Delivery
Q9. How long does delivery take?
We dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery timelines: Metro cities (2-4 days), Tier 2 cities (4-6 days), Tier 3 and rural areas (7-12 days).
Q10. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value. The applicable threshold and any shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Q11. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver to most pin codes across India including metros, tier 2 and tier 3 cities, and many rural areas. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm serviceability.
Q12. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our delivery to international locations. Stay tuned for updates!
Q13. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Visit our Track Your Order page for step-by-step guidance.
Returns and Refunds
Q14. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Please visit our Return and Refunds page for complete details.
Q15. How do I initiate a return?
Email us at houseofimports01@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and photos if the product is damaged. Our team will guide you within 2-3 business days.
Q16. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 2 business days. The amount will reflect in your account within 3-7 business days depending on your payment method.
Q17. Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are available for wrong, defective, or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos.

Q18. Are your products 100% authentic and imported?
Yes! Every product on House Of Imported is 100% genuine and imported. We source directly from trusted international suppliers to ensure authenticity and quality.
Q19. Are the products covered under warranty?
Warranty coverage depends on the specific product and brand. Details are mentioned on the product page. For warranty claims, contact us with your order details.
Q20. What if a product I want is out of stock?
Click the Notify Me button on the product page to receive an email alert when the item is back in stock. You can also email us and we will try to source it for you.
Account and Privacy
Q21. Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, view order history, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
Q22. How do I reset my password?
Click Forgot Password on the login page and enter your registered email. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
