1. How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with your unique tracking number. Follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Email and SMS for a shipping confirmation from House Of Imported
  2. Find Your Tracking Number (AWB number) mentioned in the message
  3. Click the Tracking Link provided in the email to be redirected to the courier's tracking page
  4. Enter Your Tracking Number manually if the link does not auto-fill
  5. View Live Updates including real-time location, transit history, and estimated delivery date

The courier partner name and tracking number will always be included in your shipping confirmation email.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

We process and dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2-4 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities (Jaipur, Lucknow, Surat, Nagpur, Indore, Bhopal, etc.): 4-6 business days
  • Tier 3 Cities and Towns: 5-8 business days
  • Remote and Rural Areas, North-East India, J&K, Andaman and Nicobar: 8-12 business days

Note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to public holidays, weather disruptions, festive seasons, or logistical challenges in certain areas.

4. Understanding Your Order Status

  • Order Placed: We have received your order and payment. It is being reviewed and prepared.
  • Order Confirmed: Your order has been verified and is being picked and packed at our warehouse.
  • Ready to Ship: Your order is packed and awaiting pickup by the courier partner.
  • Dispatched / Shipped: Your package has been handed over to the courier and is on its way to you.
  • In Transit: Your package is moving through the courier network towards your city or delivery hub.
  • Out for Delivery: Your package is with the local delivery agent and will be delivered today.
  • Delivery Attempted: The delivery agent tried but was unable to deliver. A re-attempt will be made the next business day.
  • Delivered: Your package has been successfully delivered. If not received, check with family members or neighbours and contact us immediately.
  • Return to Origin (RTO): The package could not be delivered after multiple attempts and is being returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or process a refund.

5. Haven't Received Tracking Details?

If you placed your order more than 3 business days ago and have not received a tracking number:

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder in your email inbox
  • Verify that the email address and phone number on your order are correct
  • Log in to your account on www.houseofimported.in and check your order status under My Orders
  • Email us at support@houseofimported.in with your Order ID and we will update you within 24 hours

6. Delivery Issues and Delays

Please contact us immediately if you experience any of the following:

  • Order delayed beyond the estimated delivery date
  • Tracking shows Delivered but package not received
  • Tracking status not updated for more than 3 consecutive days
  • Package shows as Lost in Transit or Damaged in Transit
  • Wrong package or incomplete order received

We will coordinate with the courier partner on your behalf and ensure resolution through re-delivery, replacement, or a full refund.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including flat/house number, building name, street, locality, landmark, city, state, and PIN code, along with an active mobile number. House Of Imported is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information. To update your address before dispatch, email us immediately at support@houseofimported.in.

8. Multiple Item Orders

If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages with different tracking numbers, arriving on different dates. All tracking numbers will be shared via email.

9. Festive Season Delays

During high-demand periods such as Diwali, Christmas, New Year, and major sale events, courier networks experience higher volumes which may cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience and assure you that your order is on its way.
